We are in our eighties. The gardener fills the green bin. It was heavy and I managed to move it nearer to the kerb. There is a slope. The green bin was less than 3 feet from the kerb and in plain view. It was necessary for me to run after the van and for it to be brought back.
I lived in Ross-on-Wye before coming to Charlbury four years ago. Residents in Herefordshire who cannot move bins can opt for special collection within the normal routine by registering the need.
